Iryna Palamar has built her career at the intersection of operations and growth, first at The Walt Disney Company in London, then as Head of Operations at Media IM Ltd, a global media distribution business serving the likes of YouTube, Netflix and Disney. In both companies, the work was the same at its core: take something complicated, strip it back to what actually drives results, and build systems that hold under pressure.
Iryna graduated from university in Ukraine before relocating to London, learning the language and building a career working with global clients from the ground up. Years of extensive travel and hands-on work across European, Middle Eastern and US markets gave her something most consultants don't have: a firsthand understanding of how businesses actually operate across very different cultures and economies. That perspective shapes everything about how Root'd Waves works with founders today.
